Healthiest Coffee: How To Make It For Pennies A Day

Coffee is an underestimated health food. It actually is good for you. It is full of antioxidants, essential nutrients, fiber, and it has many health benefits.

This article will show you how to increase its health benefits tenfold and turn it into the world’s healthiest coffee. And to top it off, it will be incredibly delicious. And for only pennies per day.

Staying healthy is a habit and a destination. What is better than starting your day with the most beneficial cup of coffee?

I drink two to three cups per day and have been drinking the coffee I’m about to describe for years. 

All of its ingredients will be supported with scientific evidence. Let’s make the healthiest coffee in the world.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • instant coffee (Preferably Taster’s Choice, Nescafe Brand)
  • green cardamom seeds
  • dark chocolate (85% or more cacao)
  • stevia (Optional but recommended)
  • skimmed milk (Optional but recommended)

How To Make The Healthiest Coffee

The coffee you will need to make the healthiest coffee is the instant kind, particularly Nescafe.

Instructions For Making The Coffee (Please look at my video above for clearer guidance)

  • pour one teaspoon of instant coffee in a cup of cold water
  • add 2 green crardamom seed
  • add a piece of dark chocolate
  • add Stevia to suit your taste (optional)
  • add skimmed milk (optional)
  • Put cup in a microwave for two to three minutes

Instant Coffee

Instant coffee was invented in 1901, but it was not sold to the public until 1938. Many people are not aware of the health benefits that this coffee type can provide you. Let’s take a look.

It Has The Highest Antioxidant Capacity

There is evidence that instant coffee has the highest antioxidant capacity of all other coffee types. It also has the highest amount of phenols when compared to different and more expensive coffee types.

Phenols are plant compounds considered highly potent antioxidants that can fight many diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes. They also protect your brain, are anti-inflammatory, and much more.

Green Cardamom

Green cardamom, also known as “the queen of spice,” is an incredible spice full of medicinal benefits.

Green cardamom contains potent compounds that are essential to health. Mainly, monoterpenes help regulate the immune system; help with respiratory problems; protect the brain, and are antibacterial.

Another constituent of cardamom is “cardamonin.” Studies have shown that cradamonin is:

If you desire to keep your coffee healthy, then you should avoid using coffee creamers. 

For one, these creamers are an added source of calories. Many contain trans-fat, which is terrible for your cholesterol levels, while others contain sodium, sugar, corn syrup, and food coloring.

If you are lactose-intolerant, maybe you can replace the skimmed milk with plant-based milk, such as soy milk.

Soy milk appears to have the same protein levels found in skimmed milk, and it replicates the smooth, foamy feel of skimmed milk.
